Community Public Forum

The Commission is conducting a public form as required under California Government Code 12747(b)-(d) to assist in developing a Community Action Plan (CAP) for the 2017-2018 time period. The discussion will be open to the public at a special Commission public forum on Friday, June 16, 2017 at the Autry Museum of the American West Education Room.

The Commission is asking for your help in completing the Needs Assessment Survey through “surveygizmo”. Please click on Needs Assessment Survey button to fill out the survey by June 16, 2017.

Please distribute the survey although we ask that the people completing the survey live in Los Angeles County.
