Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority “Get Help” Page  Includes comprehensive information for families, adults, and youth experiencing homelessness. Also, includes information on shelters medical services, emergency services, and where to obtain groceries and meals.

Los Angeles County Homeless Outreach Portal (LA HOP)
Did you see someone experiencing homelessness who needs help? Notice a homeless neighbor who seems to be struggling with their physical and/or mental health? You can make a request through LA HOP for an outreach team to be dispatched, or dial 911 if you think it’s a medical emergency.
