Los Angeles County Homeless Outreach Portal (LA HOP)
Did you see someone experiencing homelessness who needs help? Notice a homeless neighbor who seems to be struggling with their physical and/or mental health? You can make a request through LA HOP for an outreach team to be dispatched, or dial 911 if you think it’s a medical emergency.
